Presumptive Root Cause:
This issue is definitely caused by the fact that there is no ebuild for qtwebkit.
Facts:
There is an existing ebuild in Gentoo for inclusion: https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/dev-qt/qtwebkit

The package dev-qt/qtwebkit, required for building several kde-apps packages, is missing in Funtoo's repositories.
