Document suspend with sys-kernel/debian-sources-lts on Dell XPC

Newer sys-kernel/debian-sources-lts uses makes my Dell XPC use a lot of power when in suspend.

When I boot up on sys-kernel/debian-sources-lts-4.9.168_p1-debian-sources-lts the laptop can hold battery power in suspend mode for a very long time (at least a week from a full battery), but if I boot up on any of the newer kernels I have installed:

      • debian-sources-lts-x86_64-4.19.67_p2-r1
      • debian-sources-lts-x86_64-4.19.67_p2
      • debian-sources-lts-x86_64-4.19.37_p6

It can only stay in suspend mode for max 24 hours from a full battery, before the battery has been drained completely.

I also noted a difference in how i goes into suspend mode. On the newer kernels with the high power usage, the fan can keep running for some time, even after the led on the power button has turned on, but on the old kernels the fan turns off immediately.

Al my kernels are build with the binary use flag.

My laptop is a XPS 13 9370 and I have atteched the configuration details from dell: dell-configuration.csv

Just Let me know if there is any more information I can supply to help debug this issue.
