After recent upgrade to opencv-4.1.0 @preserved-rebuild needed to rebuild several packages against latest opencv during which frei0r-plugins fails. I'll attach a build log although its not from my system it failed in the same spot in the same way. If need be, I will unmask and rebuild for testing and further help with fixes
