      libproxy-0.4.13-r2 only supports python 2.7

      According to https://github.com/libproxy/libproxy/pull/85 newer versions now support python 3.7 and 3.8.

      Current release is 0.4.15 (https://github.com/libproxy/libproxy/releases) and first tests emerge successfully with python 3.7
