It seems best to enable uvm in IUSE by default, as it enables CUDA and accelerated video encoding. I do believe that ffmpeg[nvenc] should likely require nvidia-drivers[uvm] – it currently doesn't.

Also, the following USE vars seem all related to nvidia so may make sense in an nvidia mix-in of some kind: nvenc uvm vdpau.
