As in description 1.3-release holds the gentoo profile fork from kit-fixups/core-kit/global/profiles
Certain entries there must be synced with gentoo in order to have match between ebuild updates and masks.
Real example. In 1.3-release, =net-libs/nodejs-10* is not masked unlike it is in up-to-date profile in gentoo, this results in also necessity to merge masked openssl-1.1.0. There might be also other discrepancies
