"FuntooTools" are tools that are a key part of the Funtoo Linux user experience. Examples are: "boot-update" ("ego boot"), Funtoo networking scripts, and any other parts of Funtoo that are unique to Funtoo and part of the Funtoo experience.

Portage (emerge/ebuild) doesn't qualify since it's not unique to Funtoo. merge-scripts and metro don't qualify because they are MetaTools (See MetaTools epic.)
