This epic relates to work on our "meta tools", which include Metro, our automated build system for stages, as well as our merge-scripts, which are used to generate kits. They are different from "regular" tools in that they support the creation of stage tarballs and ebuild repositories. Use this epic to track improvements or fixes to these tools.
