PCem is an emulator for various hardware from the 80s and 90s. It looked interesting, so after playing with it a bit, I made an ebuild; see attached. I'm not very experienced at ebuild writing at this point, so while it appears to work on my machine just fine, I would request someone a bit more knowledgeable look it over.
