This bug has been set up to track next toolchain pacakges set update
Following toolchain packages set proposed for update.
1. sys-devel/gcc-4.7.1
2. sys-libs/glibc-2.16
3. sys-devel/binutils-2.22
4. sys-kernel/linux-headers-3.x.y (3.4 is current)
5. sys-devel/gcc-config-1.7, update if required
Update steps are.
1. Review gentoo changes in toolchain.eclass, update, if necessary
2. Review ebuild dependencies that we adjusted
3. Import ebuilds into experimental tree.
4. Test extensilvely for potential incompatibility, failures, collaborate with gentoo or upstream.
5. Test openvz kernels.
6. Build the metro stages with new toolchain
