As in summary, gcc docs and info are generated by sys-apps/texinfo. And this ebuild major updates breaks gcc docs installs during gcc emerge. This happened many times with texinfo-4 to 5, and then from texinfo-5 to 6 updates, and likely happen in future, we can't tell. idea is to remove dependency on texinfo, if possible, and install docs and info with separate gcc-docs ebuild. gcc docs (and mans and info) are not building with stage1,2, for example, so we can have gcc that is immune to texinfo bumps in stage3 too.

REVISED: using gcc's bundled texinfo solves this problem without requiring the creation of a gcc-docs catpkg.
