I think it would be beneficial for new users to add a new wiki page with a list of all Funtoo resources. Currently this information is scattered over the wiki.
While the forums can be easily found in the title bar (Go->Forums), the IRC channel is only mentioned in a few articles unrelated to the Install (e.g. http://www.funtoo.org/Reporting_Bugs).
The page should at least contain a some information regarding the forums and the IRC channel and possibly other ways to get help.

As as side note: the new page could also be used to fix the broken "Community" link in http://www.funtoo.org/Install#Configuring_your_system below the config file table.
