Currently, vzctl set --hostname xdev2.funtoo.org --save will cause /etc/conf.d/hostname to have the following line added:

hostname="xdev2"

This sets the hostname to "xdev2" but does not set the FQDN to "xdev2.funtoo.org". This should be corrected so that it is possible to set the FQDN from vzctl set --hostname.
