this file is missing / at the start of several lines, resulting in passenger looking to incorrect relative paths rather than absolute paths.

support_binaries_dir=/usr/libexec/passenger/support-binaries
lib_dir=usr/lib64/passenger
helper_scripts_dir=/usr/libexec/passenger/helper-scripts

im sure more problems will come up. resolving those two lines problems gets me up to the point of bundler errors, and will test deploying a new ruby on rails project to test against tengine+passenger. (bundler errors = my problems not funtoos yay)
