Perl unfork in Funtoo

      We have historically kept Perl forked in Funtoo Linux. With recent improvements to Perl in Gentoo, that is no longer necessary. We need to test unforking of Perl. This will done in the experimental funtoo-overlay as well as in the experimental-2014 tree and assuming things go well, will be merged into our main tree.
