Here are needed steps for Funtoo to support ARM architecture.

1. Split Funtoo 1.0 ARM profiles with softfloat/hardfloat
2. Update eselect ARM profiles list with supported ARM flavors
3. Update/add Metro ARM specs for updated profiles
4. Update/add proper wiki documentation for ARM support and installation
5. Provide stages that reflect those changes

All those steps should be executed (when it applies) in the experimental tree for a beginning.
