[core-hw-kit] app-pda/libplist create broken symlinks

       * QA Notice: Symbolic link /usr/lib64/libplist++.so points to /usr/lib64/libplist++-2.0.so.3.3.0 which does not exist.
 * QA Notice: Symbolic link /usr/lib64/libplist.so points to /usr/lib64/libplist-2.0.so.3.3.0 which does not exist.

      There is a hardcoded fix on ebuild that is not needed anymore with version 2.4.0 and we need to cleanup the ebuild to avoid this issue.
