[core-server-kit] app-metrics/grafana-bin autogen is using GiHub Preview Releases

      I noticed recently that app-metrics/grafana-bin is picking up preview releases from GitHub:

       www-apps/grafana-bin [8] (10.4.1{tbz2}@03/23/2024 -> 11.0.0-preview

      This should be an easy update to the YAML autogen to filter on versions with a regex and will then ensure we only autogen production stable releases of Grafana.
