[l18n-kit] new `app-i18n/ibus` template needs deps adjusted

      A world update shows me the following:

      ```  selected: (app-i18n/ibus-1.5.20.20190629:0/0::gnome-kit, installed)
  skipped: (app-i18n/ibus-1.5.29:0/0::i18n-kit, ebuild scheduled for merge) (see unsatisfied dependency below)

emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy ">=x11-libs/libXfixes-6.0.0".
(dependency required by "app-i18n/ibus-1.5.29::i18n-kit[X]" [ebuild])```

      We have `libxfixes-5.0.3` in our tree so the version bump may be easy.
