[python-modules-kit] add `dev-python/polib` needed as dep for `gnome-extra/nemo` and `cinnamon`

      Just try to install or, if present, install Nemo and/or Cinnamon.

      I checked on another system and the problem is there too so it is not my Portage/meta kits tree problem:

      /var/git/meta-repo/kits/python-modules-kit $ ls -al pol*
      ls: access impossible to 'pol*': File or directory not found

    • Can't install Cinnamon desktop environment on Funtoo due to missing python dep of one of its dependencies.
    • python-modules-kit culling removed it

      This happen under Next latest upgrades.

      The problem is, like Emerge say, missing dev-python/polib in Portage tree/meta-kits after latest Next upgrade. So it need to be present in the Portage/meta Tree kits to fix the issue.

      emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy "dev-python/polib[python_targets_python3_10(-)?,-python_single_target_python3_10(-),python_targets_python3_7(-)?,-python_single_target_python3_7(-),python_targets_python3_9(-)?,-python_single_target_python3_9(-),python_targets_python3_8(-)?,-python_single_target_python3_8(-)]".
