[net-kit] autogen `mail-mta/ssmtp` and modernize template

      The `ssmtp` package provides a simple utility that acts as an MTA for systems to send mail.  It is useful for clusters where various daemons running on various machines send mail for monitoring/notification purposes.  I've used it for years.

      Currently our `mail-mta/ssmtp` is uninstallable due to having an unsupported EAPI.

      We can check out the current commit (at the time of the autogen's authorship) at the HEAD of the master branch and build that.

      I'm investigating whether it makes more sense to switch to using `nullmailer` instead.
