[media-kit] USE flags in template for `media-sound/cantata` need cleanup

    • Funtoo users cannot install `cantata` without setting USE flags.
    • I will do this, as promised in a comment on the original issue to add `cantata` to `next`.

      The default USE flags for this package require some adjustment to make it installable.

      Most users won't have a CDROM drive, but the defaults assume that libraries to look up track information will be necessary.  In most cases, `cantata` will be used to communicate with `mpd`, rather than to play files from a physical CD.
