This parent task tracks fixing and converting all in-tree Rust Cargo Crate type Packages (pure upstream crates only) to the new Dynamic Archive autogens. This will ensure all crate autogen use a consistent styling of package auto generation, is a good way for us to further test Cargo Crate based dynamic archives, and will make installation of these types of packages more efficient as one single archive will be downloaded not hundreds of separate crate archives (no more blocking portage's parallel-fetch feature).

A few of these packages have already been converted to this autogen style like sys-apps/lsd. Also, if there are any Issues tracking  broken Rust Cargo Crate Packages these can be linked to this Issue

There is a methodology to discover which packages are pure Rust Cargo Crates. First you can run equery d -a virtual/rust to get some. Then git grep for virtual/rust in the kit-fixups repository. Lastly, any findings can be cross-verified against the search on https://crates.io/
