When installing gnome-light, missing dep libsecret

    • Cannot install popular desktop environment that depends on affected packages. More general effects may exist that haven't been found yet.
    • Removal of `libsecret` from Funtoo's tree?
    • Absence of `libsecret` in Funtoo's tree, but presence on systems that had it prior to its removal, causes inconsistent behavior.
