[next][core-server-kit] rsnapshot ebuild maintenance

    • The `rsnapshot` program looks in the wrong location for its config file that should be in `/etc/rsnapshot.conf`.
    • Inconsistencies in the package between how it handles presumably the same variable being set in different ways cause it to behave differently depending on where in the ebuild the install path is specified.

      The update from `rsnapshot-1.4.2` to autogenned `rsnapshot-1.4.5` brought with it an unanticipated change in behavior that needs to be corrected.  There might be more.  This issue will track such fixes.
