I was installing `app-emulation/vagrant`, and I noticed that the package is masked. I have already tried unmasking it according to this tutorial based on unmasking packages, and it still doesn't work.
Here is the output when trying to install vagrant:
-> % sudo emerge -av app-emulation/vagrant These are the packages that would be merged, in order: Calculating dependencies... done! !!! All ebuilds that could satisfy "app-emulation/vagrant" have been masked. !!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request: - app-emulation/vagrant-2.2.10::core-kit (masked by: invalid: DEPEND: USE flag 'ruby_targets_ruby30' referenced in conditional 'ruby_targets_ruby30?' is not in IUSE, invalid: RDEPEND: USE flag 'ruby_targets_ruby30' referenced in conditional 'ruby_targets_ruby30?' is not in IUSE, invalid: REQUIRED_USE: USE flag 'ruby_targets_ruby30' is not in IUSE) For more information, see the MASKED PACKAGES section in the emerge man page or refer to the Gentoo Handbook.
