Impacts users of cbindgen and concerns the general reliability of the GitHub logic in Metatools.
Currently, the cbindgen autogen is failing, and it's a strange error.
There is a new release, 0.26.0, and it is referencing a tag, 0.26.0. This tag doesn't seem to exist when querying the github API for tags. But I can clone the repo, and the tag exists, as well as a bogus tag with two single-quotes in it.
Because of this failure to see the 0.26.0 tag when grabbing from the API, the autogen fails. Here is the URL: https://api.github.com/repos/mozilla/cbindgen/tags?per_page=200
Note that v0.26.0 shows up, but not the referenced tag without the "v", which is what the release specifically references.
I can work around this by locking to 0.25.0 for now.
