net-misc/ntpclient build error

      Hi, all.

      ntpclient fail to build. This error is fixed by a patch from gentoo (https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/tree/net-misc/ntpclient?id=276d256dc07adc0bc09f40fad68ac46a75d62ac8 ). ntpclient-2018.244-linux-headers-5.2.patch should be placed in files dir .
