media-libs/opencv-4.7.0 fails to compile with USE="java"

      I am build opencv-4.7.0:

      emerge -va opencv
      
      These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

      using python 3.9 in my funtoo I get the following error:

      AttributeError: 'ElementTree' object has no attribute 'getiterator'
      

      Output of my eselect python list:
