can't emerge gtk-gnutella (emake failed compile phase)

    • this has nothing to do with opam and ocaml. this ticket was cloned from a ticket that bunched 4 separate issues into one report, so the original comment is mostly invalid. the logs, however, are accurate

      I couldn't emerge seamonkey web browser and the lyx latex editor and its dep (opam , ocaml) and other packages (emake failed : compile phase) and I get circular dependencies error. 

      In addition, I downloaded the binaries from seamonkey website and couldn't local install it
