• Starting fcron ...
• start-stop-daemon: /usr/libexec/fcron is already running
• Failed to start fcron [ !! ]
• ERROR: fcron failed to start

The issue is that an fcron is running in a container and start-stop-daemon is too stupid to understand this. It sees the fcron running in the container and thinks that it's running on the host.
