fchroot likes static binaries 

if you have Qemu the desktop n full bells whistles' , why clobber it.

https://github.com/multiarch/qemu-user-static/releases/latest used in docker images as is.. and skip needing to pychroot /fresh stage3 emerge static n all the mess.. }

I) forgot to add may i go fetch and add these ..  time -n seconds if using a docker/similar for automatic builds,,,  (ASK USER PLEASE Y/N) 

A: /usr/bin/quemu ?  , no static ?

B: /usr/local/bin/qemu's away..  (try not to clobber Gentoo/Funtoo's fully decked out Qemu) else fchroot can try hear next.. 

C add Symlinks if not exist  /usr/bin/ , next invoke of fchroot faster..
