These three ebuilds depend on the obsolete kde-apps/kalarmcal.

AFAIU kalarmcal does not exist anymore upstream. The old, obsolete ebuild (21.12.3) ebuild is still hanging around in next, and the updated ebuilds for kalarm,kdepim-meta,kdepim-runtime (22.04.1) depend on a newer version of it that simply cannot (and does not) exist, and thus they cannot be build.

The solution should be to remove the old ebuild for kalarmcal, and remove it from the dependency list for the three packages (they emerge fine then).
