This doesn't really impact anything at the moment. dev-libs/liborcus dev-libs/libxion are dependencies to the only to compiled version of libreoffice, which we don't have right now.
mdds is header only library used by dev-libs/liborcus and dev-libs/libxion.
These packages have hard minor version requirement and need both updated:
dev-libs/libxion - working version is 0.18.0 (relevant commit https://gitlab.com/ixion/ixion/-/commit/9effd90cb57e8bd5e647445c364a9a9e91d36f32)
dev-libs/liborcus - working version is 0.18.0 too (relevant commit https://gitlab.com/orcus/orcus/-/commit/791921abe18fe5a01986a1a39d2965775a681ce9)
These packages are necessary to compile libreoffice.
On other hand he libreoffice-bin do not requires them.
