Create autogen for KiCad

      KiCad is pretty known open source EDA (Electronics Design Automation) software with ability to grow etc. etc. Although there are old kicad ebuild in funtoo kits, but it needs update.

      I think it could be nice to have that package in distribution (it is one of few package in my recent memory who have mentioned gentoo: https://www.kicad.org/download/gentoo/) and from quick glance on ebuild it does not look very complicated to keep supporting.

      Main purpose of filling bug form for KiCad, because it is user facing package for FL-9720, FL-10248 bug reports.
