[media-kit] Add media-video/rage autogen for Enlightenment

    • This will add a new autogen packages media-video/rage for Funtoo users and specifically users of the Enlightenment DE.

      We are missing one of the main supported apps in the Enlightenment DE: rage. It is a media player based on EFL distributed by upstream Enlightenment team.

      Please add an autogen for media-video/rage to media-kit using other Enlightenment autogens as a foundation.
