After almost 2 years of development a new version of Xfce has finally been released: 4.18

This is a main improvement issue to track upgrading Funtoo to Xfce 4.18 and also tackling the modernization and cleanup of xfce-kit to Funtoo Metatools standards, with the eventual goal of autogenning mostly all relevant ebuilds in the kit.

This type of effort is excellent for anyone who wants to get deeper into Funtoo kit refactoring and more familiar with Funtoo Metatools as xfce-kit is relatively small for one developer or community member to take on.
