x11-libs/libva-intel-media-driver not included in DE stages

      The above-mentioned package should be included in official desktop environment stages for x86-64bit.

      This is an important driver as it provides libva for skylake and other more modern chipsets.

      It may make sense to have the gfxcard-intel-iris mix-in somehow pull this in.
