RPi CM4 USB Disabled on boot

      CM4 modules have onboard USB duisabled by default

      To enable on boot, do:
      vi /boot/config.txt

      Add these two lines
      dtoverlay=dwc2
      dr_mode=host

      Upon reboot the USB should be enabled
