next: dev-lang/rust-bin-1.64.0: rustc missing from path

    • Blocks initial boostrap of arm-64bit ffs stage.

      When building an arm-64bit stage3 for next-release, it appears that the /etc/env.d/ file that is installed does not map "rustc" into the path properly:

      This results in dev-python/cryptography not finding rust, and thus the stage3 build failing, as the only rustc in the path by default is "rustc-bin-1.64.0".

      Either that, or necessary symlinks are not created to point "rustc" to "rustc-bin-1.64.0".
