[next] gnome-base/librsvg fails to compile on fresh next install

      I am currently installing a new Funtoo linux system using the generic 64 minimal stage 3, the desktop profile and the xfce, nvidia and intel mix-ins. One of the packages, "gnome-base/librsvg" is failing to compile while doing my first emerge @world after I set the profiles
