As per the summary, the audacious autogen has the following line in it:

artifacts=[artifact, hub.pkgtools.ebuild.Artifact(url="https://fastpull-us.funtoo.org/distfiles/gentoo_ice-xmms-0.2.tar.bz2")],

This does not cause problems for regular users, and it does not cause problems for production tree regen, because this file has already been fetched and populated on the CDN.

It does create problems for harvester, because harvester can't download it, because fastpull-us.funtoo.org has been retired.
