next: ruby: lolcat cannot merge

    • lolcat can't merge on next-release. This means we can't make cool colors. No real other impact.

      Currently, games-misc/lolcat cannot merge. lolcat is a handy little utility that rainbow-colorizes output. I don't think games-kit or games-misc is really the right kit/cat for it. However, it is an output prettifier and thus its purpose is purely aesthetic.
