[funtoo-livecd] Add sys-fs/bcache-tools on livecd

    • Normal impact. This improves the ability to use SSD's to cache block devices.

      Please add bcache tools on livecd.
      Sometimes it is necessary to access block cached devices from livecd, e.g. for partitioning and preparing disks or system recovery. It would be nice to have preinstalled these utilities on livecd.
