    • This impacts many users since mail is used extensively both internal to Funtoo and for public-facing Funtoo services.

Funtoo currently has a mish-mash of mail servers. We need some curated documentation for how to set up a mail server professionally to modern standards, ideally on the wiki, and ideally using postfix (at least as a starting point.) The goal here: list ALL the steps required to get reliable mail delivered and not bounce, by following all modern best practices.

Then we need to set up an official internal mail server for devOps and infra mail delivery, which internal services can use to deliver mail.

We also need a reliable mail server for external mail delivery for bugs, forums, bitbucket. This mail server MIGHT be the same internal one in last paragraph or maybe it's best to have it separate.

This will ensure we have reliable mail delivery for vRealize/vSphere infra in our virtlab, as well as for our production sites, and we can get this all standardized.
