Trying to change the flags did not help:

CFLAGS="-O2 -pipe -march=native"
CXXFLAGS="-O2 -pipe -march=native"

Update: Strange, after reboot build success. It was the only problematic package. This does not appear to be a hardware problem, since "heavy" packets, like llvm or spidermonkey were successfully built at once.
