lua eclasses not properly integrated into funtoo

      In this PR, lua eclasses were airlifted from Gentoo, but were not properly integrated:

      Funtoo has dev-lang/lua:5.1 and the newer ebuilds are in dev-lua/lua and similarly slotted. There are also no LUA_TARGETS and LUA_SINGLE_TARGETS that were properly integrated into Funtoo profiles via USE_EXPAND.
