[media-kit] Add media-libs/harfbuzz autogen to Funtoo next

    • The lack of update doesn't seem to be impacting any packages but would be a welcome update. Autogenning media-libs/harfbuzz is a requirement along with lots of integration testing across kit-fixups and sources kits.

      We have an out of date version of harfbuzz. Add the a YAML github autogen for the latest on Funtoo next.
