wiki funtoo.org/InstallPrintable links don't work as expected

      - click any of the steps under Installation Overview
      - be taken to that individual page instead of scrolling down the single Printable page

      The Table Of Contents links don't take you down the Printable page like a # link, they take you to the individual pages.

      related, possibly separate issue. The only time you skip a step (GPT Partitioning) causes an issue. At the bottom of Chapter 3 [funtoo.org/Install/MBR_Partitioning] it links to Chapter 5 funtoo.org/Install#Creating_filesystems which kicks me back out to funtoo.org/Install/Introduction#Creating_filesystems

      (the nifty chapter navigation buttons work well afaict)
