Now that we have moved away from mongodb, metatools needs a small utility for querying and wiping entries in the filestores, when manual intervention is required.

Previously, we had mongo shell which allowed for small surgical edits if we needed to refresh a distfile, for example. Now we need a little utility to allow us to do this.
